Scope of Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ncw Casino platform and all services under it. By accessing the website, creating an account, or participating in any game or bet, you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding document. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account on ncw. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and their balances may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your real name, date of birth, and mobile number must be entered correctly.
• Opening an account with a false identity, someone else's details, or any incorrect information is strictly prohibited.
• ncw may request the necessary documents to verify your account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and service quality, ncw may carry out identity verification at any point or prior to a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. ncw reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the member fails to provide the required information in time.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

All casino and betting activities on ncw are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No one under 21 will be permitted to open an account, place bets, or play games.

• If an underage person creates an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be cancelled.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure their minor children do not use this service.
• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested as proof of age.

Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and confidential. Sharing or disclosing this information to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ncw are processed through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the mobile banking number registered on the account.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Third-Party Transactions

ncw offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

6.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

• ncw Weekly Reload Reward: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 15 times; minimum deposit ৳200.
• ncw Slots Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; applicable to slot games only; wagering 20 times.
• ncw Cricket Deposit Promotion: 25% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; applicable to cricket market deposits; wagering 18 times.
• ncw Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10 times; credited automatically in your birthday month.
• ncw Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳3,000; wagering 12 times; applicable once per successful referral.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding to earn bonuses may result in bonus forfeiture.
• ncw reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games and bets on ncw is determined by verifiable software. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.

7.1 General Betting Terms

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game result remains undetermined due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In sports betting, live odds may change continuously after an event begins.

7.2 Dispute of Results

If you have an objection regarding the outcome of any game or bet, you must notify us via live chat or email within 48 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after the specified period may not be considered.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Playing using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorised software.
• Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Impersonating platform staff or representatives to deceive others.

Limitation of Liability

ncw is committed to providing the highest quality of service. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• If game services are disrupted due to a third-party software provider.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or network.
• If the service must be temporarily suspended due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or government directives.

If incorrect funds are deposited or displayed due to a technical error, ncw reserves the right to correct that error, including recovering excess funds from a member's account.

Service Suspension and Account Closure

10.1 ncw's Rights

In the following circumstances, ncw may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• If the member does not cooperate with the age or identity verification process.

10.2 Member's Rights

A request to close your account may be made at any time through our support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned to the registered mobile banking number.
